About this role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive digital initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems support, and technology strategy while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support business growth in the Gulf region.

What you will do

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end-user devices
Lead the IT team, provide technical guidance, and ensure high service levels for internal users
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations
Plan and manage IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and support business goals
Provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance, risks, and initiatives
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are up to date and tested

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar), Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity best practices
Proven experience managing IT teams and cross-functional projects
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working in the Gulf region is a strong advantage
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CompTIA, or Microsoft/Cisco certifications) are preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
